You are responsible for the content of the forms you create and the data you collect from respondents. You agree not to use FormBuilder for any unlawful purposes or to collect highly sensitive personal data without appropriate consent and security measures.

3. AI Features & API Keys

FormBuilder allows you to input your own API keys for AI generation features. You are solely responsible for the usage and associated costs billed by your API provider. FormBuilder is not liable for any charges incurred through the use of these APIs.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in malicious activities (like phishing via forms).

5. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
